The American Duchess docked in Prairie du Chien, WI. for travelers to depart and visit the historic sites.
For an even longer daytime cruise, The American Duchess is a great option for a day-long riverboat cruise including two meals and live entertainment. Based out of Prairie Du Chien, The American Duchess travels all the way down to Dubuque, Iowa for eight hours of cruising the Mississippi. You can look forward to seeing the beautiful Palisades and traveling alongside the tower bluffs, as well as scenery and wildlife from both the Wisconsin and Iowa Great River Roads.

Charlene Adler is a native of Wisconsin and lives in both Wisconsin and Texas. As a retired teacher, having taught for 25 years, Art has always been a way to express myself whether it be oil painting or photography. To be able to capture an eagle in flight, a flower just blooming or a hummingbird flying is a joy to my heart. All my work is my own.
